What is User ID and why is it displayed in 'My Settings'?

Your User ID is your unique number in our database. It helps our customer support team find you faster and track any issues you have. Your User ID can be easily found at the top of the 'My Settings' section.

Where can I change my status?

Your status may be changed in the ‘My Profile’ space. Press ‘Edit’ to enter a couple of words about yourself or what’s on your mind at the moment. After that, press the ‘Save’ button to save changes. If you feel like changing your status, you can alter it at any time in the same space.

Why was my status declined?

Before publishing, your status is reviewed by moderators. They can reject it if it contains any of the following:

• Links to other sites
• Offensive words
• Personal details or contact information
• Escort service offer
• Currency symbols
• Age or gender mismatch

What is My Profile?

Your profile tells other users more about yourself and your vision of an ideal match. It consists of 2 parts:

1. Personal info – overall information about yourself.
2. Looking for – describe the person you would like to meet.

How long does it take to approve profile information?

Usually it takes about 15-20 minutes to approve your info. Our approval team works round-the-clock, so you can expect fast results at any time of day.
