How can I cancel my subscription?
You can switch off your subscription and any repeat billings in the web version of the site:
- Press your avatar in the top right corner.
- Choose ‘My Settings’ from the pop-down menu.
- Scroll down until you find ‘Billing History’.
- Press ‘Billing History’ and then ‘Deactivate subscriptions’.
- Follow the prompts.
After your subscription has been canceled, no money will be taken from your account. You will remain a Full Member until your membership ends.
How can I delete my account?
After removing your account, your personal information and photos will no longer be shown to other members. You will also lose all contacts from the site and will not be able to use your benefits.
To delete your account, follow the steps below:
- Press your avatar in the top right corner of any site page.
- Choose ‘My Settings’ from the pop-down menu.
- Scroll down and find the ‘Remove Account’ button.
- Follow the prompts to complete the procedure.
Is there any difference between the ‘Remove account’ button and the ‘Deactivate subscription’ button?
Pressing the ‘Deactivate subscription’ button cancels any automatic billings but your account remains on the site. Pressing ‘Remove account’ deletes your profile and data from the site. Repeat billings will be cancelled and you will not get any notifications from us.
